Singer-songwriter Kevin Gordon brings his bluesy, gritty, Louisiana-infused music to Off Broadway on May 8 for a special early show. Gordon has performed with Lucinda Williams and his songs have been recorded by artists ranging from Keith Richards to Irma Thomas. He played guitar last week at Jazz Fest in New Orleans for northern Louisiana country-blues artist Kenny Bill Stinson, one of his mentors. At Off Broadway, he'll be accompanied by bassist Ron Eoff (Jo-el Sonnier, Delbert McClinton, the Band) and drummer Joseph Hazelwood (Ode Hazelwood).
